If you've ever been to a dunkin, its the same as any other. Service is pretty disorganised and understaffed when its busy. If nobody else is there, the service can be a bit slow. The guy making the sandwiches had to talk over the person at the register to get my order since the person at the register was fascinated with counting napkins while i waited with nobody else in the store. Parking is terrible, just wait for a spot, you'll probably look like an ass stopped in the middle of the parking lot, but you don't really have much of a choice.

I despise Dunkin iced coffee. It's completely watered down (but not just at this location -- ALL OF THEIR LOCATIONS up and down the East Coast that I've been to). Their hash browns are SO good though. I get like 3 orders each time I go! This location gets 3 stars only because of their hash browns and they're open 24/7, which is handy.

This place only gets three stars because the parking lot is way too small, and given it's location, it's often overcrowded with students (an unfortunate casualty of living in a college town). However, the food is generally on par with other locations, though as is the case with so many of these chains, the staff often leaves a lot to be desired.

I stopped by after work on Sunday here to get some hot chocolate. Ended up grabbing some donuts too, and everything was delicious. The sour cream donut was the best I have ever had, and the French cruller was very nice for dunking in my morning coffee. I will be recommending Dnd for their sour cream donut for sure.

First time here. Pretty clean, and good community spirit. They had "Cops on the Roofs" for the special Olympics charity. Good cause. I gave $5 and in return DD participated in their fundraiser by giving me free coffee. I ordered hashbrowns, which were PERFECT, but my blueberry cake donut seemed smaller somehow compared to other DD blueberry cake donuts I've had (like in diameter).

The place is good. Service is friendly and the line moves. The only problem is turning into the place and parking. You can't make a left turn out of here, so I always park at BP where you get a light and make my left there.

We've been to this location a number of times. The parking situation is tough, so I can't give five stars. The last time we were there, I brought my two year-old son in with me. The ENTIRE staff was incredibly nice to him. He had a Superman shirt on, so they all called him Superman. He loved it. They also gave him two free donut holes to munch on. Very fast service, friendly. As a parent, it matters a lot how you treat my kid. This staff in the place was awesome.

Wish I remembered writing about this before else where. Late last year I wrote something along the lines of "Friend's coffee was like water and the bagel wasn't toasted.". I didn't get anything that time. Came in today. Tried using one of the coupons from the official app. 3G was glitching, so even though I had already clicked redeem before entering the store, the app said I needed a valid connection for the coupon to go through. Couldn't connect to the wi-fi to get the coupon to work in time (you have 10 minutes to use a coupon once clicking "redeem". I tried to be polite during this time and move aside so others could order and I was only saving a dollar or two, so I felt a bit sheepish anyway. Regardless, wasn't able to use the coupon. Got my donuts and stale bagel. Could've been something else, but felt a bit sick for the next few hours - kept feeling like I had to go to the bathroom.

I would give them two stars if only for their parking lot and that to get into this place from 495 means an illegal u-turn. But they were fast, they were efficient, and they put together a nice box of 12 donuts for me quickly and my coffee was perfect. But that parking lot? Jeez!

The only reason they even get one star is because it's required. The people are angry and the drinks are horrible. Safe yourself the anguish and go to the one up the road in the ikea parking.

Lack of drive-thru is totally lame. I came here yesterday morning and there was no available parking...I had to be one of THOSE people and create my own spot, which I wasn't happy about. The staff seemed overwhelmed, rushed, really stressed out and not very friendly. We had to wait for several minutes for the iced coffee in our order because they "ran out of ice". Coffee was fine, but when we went to grab a straw on the way out, we noticed a huge pile of trash right by the door (see photo). Gross and completely unacceptable.

Ordered an egg white flat bread sandwich. As I was eating it I spotted a black hair in it. I took it up to the counter to inform the employees working there. They shrugged and denied ownership of the mistake. They did not apologize for this gross find, however they did offer me a new sandwich. I asked instead for a refund because I tend to be particular about places that don't apologize or take ownership of things like this. Thankfully there was not much arguement over a refund. The staff quickly supplied my refund and sent me on my way. Still with no apology. I would hesitate to order food here again. The coffee I ordered was good though. I give this place 2 stars instead of one for 2 reasons - the location is good. Nearby the the Ikea and a housing complex and also because when I asked for a refund it was not an additional hassle. Hope this location gets its act together.

The only good thing about this place is its a Dunkin Donuts. The service is unbelievably slow (which shouldn't be the case at a coffee place) and many of the employees just seem to stand around and not help serve you.

This place has the typical DD/BR, so I will review everything other than the food. -- Location: Parking is pretty bad on weekend mornings. Most people do come and go, so you can just hover and wait. There are a few people who parallel park where they shouldn't, making it more difficult for other to get in/out. It's pretty hard to turn into the small parking lot too. It's not like they can fix it. -- Inside: Pretty clean. One complaint, why no coffee stirrers? Sure I can use a straw, and on a good day I can sneak a pink spoon fro the BR counter, but is it that hard to provide some sort of special utensil to stir the coffee? I don't know what chemicals are being leeched into my coffee from those plastic products. -- Service: It gets pretty chaotic, but I've never had a problem with them keeping my order straight. I am always horrified of the consequences of accidentally receiving the regular coffee instead of decaf... but it hasn't happened yet (knock on wood). Everything I ordered from here has been fresh and delicious. The people taking my order are polite and they smile. --Other: They offer soy milk (no extra charge!), but sometimes run out. KUDOS FOR EFFORT!!! My stomach thanks you. Also free flavors for your coffee.

I suppose because I'm a glutton for punishment, I decided to give the College Park Dunkin' Donuts a chance for redemption. On the way to work, I pulled in and told myself to keep an open mind and forget the previous visit. Not in the mood for doughnuts, I ordered an untoasted multi-grain bagel with cream cheese and a large coffee. The hispanic cashier then spoke: "crrreme aan soogaar?" I said, "No, black is ok." She replied, "blaarzche." The inflection in her voice suggested a question. I ventured a response: "Yes, black is good." She shook her head, and with emphasis: "BLAARRZGE." Puzzled, I thought for a bit, and suddenly realized she was confirming my request for a "large." So I tried a, "Yes, large coffee, please." This satisfied her inquiry, and I paid and stood aside. The people manning the bagel station twice handed me someone else's order, assuming that whoever is standing nearest the counter is first in line for pickup. When I was the last one standing, I saw a multi-grain bagel spill out of the rotisserie toaster. I helplessly looked on as they slathered cream cheese on the bagel I had wanted untoasted, and then begrudgingly accepted my food. Sigh. Anyway, while waiting, I noticed that there were plenty of sprinkled doughnuts, which is apparently a special occasion at this particular DD. The poor cashier gave it her all, and the bagel was tasty even if toasted. I decided to tack on a star for the novel addition of sprinkled doughnuts to their selection. Oh, and my blaarzge coffee was delicious.
